The Odisha government has deployed six senior IAS officers to oversee rescue and relief efforts in cyclone-affected districts, leveraging their expertise in previously served areas.
K Sudarshan Chakravarthy will oversee Balasore. Trilochan Majhi will handle Bhadrak. Balwant Singh will manage Puri. Vineet Bhardwaj will oversee Mayurbhanj. Yamini Sarangi will supervise Jagatsinghpur and Samarth Verma to look after Kendrapara.
