In an era where technological advancement is outpacing traditional curriculum frameworks, the gap between academic learning and industry expectations continues to widen. To address this challenge, Glosity has emerged as an AI-driven career readiness platform focusing on making job seekers more aligned with real-world industry requirements. As a member of the World Stroke Organisation, IFI Foundation also works with healthcare and media partners, including OdishaLIVE and Swasthya Plus, to train individuals as “Stroke Spotters.” In addition, collaborations with organisations such as the Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ltd and TiE Bhubaneswar are aimed at aligning youth-focused initiatives with the requirements of the business and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
