1. Senior Graphic Designer
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a creative leader, responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual designs across multiple platforms. You will guide projects from concept to completion and mentor junior designers, ensuring the final output is strategic, engaging, and of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects for print, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute advanced motion graphics and 2D animations.
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual identities and branding materials.
- Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers.
- Collaborate with the strategy and content teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, including AI tools.
Required Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Animate
- Character Animator
- Adobe Dimension
- Element 3D
- Proficiency in modern platforms like Canva and relevant AI tools.
2. Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key part of our creative engine, translating ideas into visually stunning designs. You will work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to impactful campaigns for our prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Create layouts and artwork for print media, including brochures, reports, and advertisements.
- Assist in the creation of basic motion graphics and 2D animations.
- Work closely with senior designers and project managers to meet project goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Required Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in modern platforms like Canva and relevant AI tools.
Educational Qualifications (For Both Positions):
- Post-Graduation/Graduation in Applied Arts from any recognized University/Institution. OR
- Post-Graduation/Graduation in any discipline along with a Diploma in Multimedia from a reputed institution.
