Atmosphere Core announces Sandal Suites in Shirdi, a luxury all-suite hotel near Sai Baba Temple, set to open in 2028 with premium hospitality and wellness offerings

Atmosphere Core, a globally recognised name in hospitality, has announced its foray into Shirdi with the launch of SANDAL SUITES by Atmosphere Shirdi, an all-suite upper upscale hotel being developed in partnership with Assotech Realty.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2028, the property will be strategically located approximately 30 minutes from Shirdi International Airport and in close proximity to the revered Sri Sai Baba Temple.
This development marks a significant milestone in Atmosphere Core’s India expansion strategy, aligning with the growing demand for premium hospitality experiences in spiritual destinations.

Operating under the “by Atmosphere” sub-brand, the hotel will feature 160 spacious suites, each measuring approximately 45 square metres, offering views of the surrounding lush landscapes. Designed to cater to both spiritual travellers and modern leisure guests, the property will combine comfort, elegance, and immersive experiences.
The hotel will offer a diverse range of dining and wellness facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant with outdoor seating, a bakery and confectionery, and a contemporary bar. A dedicated spa and wellness centre, managed by ELE|NA Ayur, will provide holistic therapies in a tranquil setting.
In addition to leisure amenities, the property will feature modern meeting spaces, banquet facilities, expansive lawns, and outdoor venues—making it an ideal destination for corporate events, social gatherings, and destination celebrations.
