In a significant move to bridge the gap between academic learning and evolving industry demands, the IFI Foundation and Glosity Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 9, 2026, in Bhubaneswar. This strategic partnership is set to revolutionize career readiness by providing students across Odisha’s universities and colleges with advanced, AI-powered employability tools.
The MoU was officially signed by Sanja Samir Panda, Co-founder of Glosity , and Nilambar Rath, Co-founder of the IFI Foundation. The signing ceremony was a moment of shared vision, attended by Bhabani Mohanty, Co-founder of Glosity, alongside the communications and partnerships team of the IFI Foundation.
Under this collaboration, students from educational institutions partnering with the IFI Foundation will gain exclusive access to Glosity’s premium platform at absolutely no cost.
